The Drosophila Gene Expression Tool (DGET) lets you enter one or a list of genes, then view and analyze modENCODE and other expression data for those genes. You can view results as a heat map, bar graph, or network visualization. Analyses include enrichment in a given stage or tissue, and identification of genes with similar expression patterns to the query gene.
