Online GESS
Description
Genome-wide Enrichment of Seed Sequence matches (GESS) was originally developed by Sigoillot, King, and colleagues for analysis of RNAi screen data sets. The approach is useful to identify candidate off-targeted transcripts from direct analysis of primary screening data. This online version of the tool supports siRNA or shRNA reagent sequence information for analysis of human, mouse and Drosophila RNAi screen data.
