TRiP plasmid vector sets

TRiP vectors are distributed by the Drosophila Genome Resource Center (Bloomington, IL, USA). 
Please see the TRiP in vivo RNAi approach for information on vector design. Features of the  vectors are listed in the downloadable pdf files. Additional information and updated plasmid vector maps and sequence are available at the DGRC website (see notes below).

June 2019 notes:

• UPDATED VECTOR MAPS and sequence are available at the DGRC (Bloomington, IL, USA). The updated maps and sequence are based on full-plasmid NGS sequencing done at the DRSC/TRiP in the spring of 2019, just prior to submission of the vectors to the DGRC. Most vectors are LoxP-5xUAS-LoxP-5xUAS but two are LoxP-2xUAS-LoxP-5xUAS.
• Also now available at the DGRC--a LexAop version of the VALIUM series vectors, generated by the R. Mann lab and full-plasmid NGS sequenced by the DRSC/TRiP in the spring of 2019, just prior to submission of the LexAop version vector to the DGRC.
