The Drosophila RNAi Screening Center (DRSC) at Harvard Medical School makes datasets from RNAi screens in Drosophila cells, which are provided by individual research groups and imported into the DRSC the FlyRNAi database, and then subsequently in some cases exported to NCBI PubChem BioAssays, freely available in the public domain. These datasets are not copyrighted.

Note that the terms of individual research reports could differ.

We strongly encourage you to cite published screen research reports if your work with the datasets results in preprint or publication.

For most studies, the appropriate citation will be one or more original published report(s) on the RNAi cell screen. You can find research reports as associated information at PubChem, through search at PubMed or PubMed Central for relevant researchers and topics, and/or through search at our publications page <https://fgr.hms.harvard.edu/publications-data> for relevant researchers and topics.

For unpublished datasets or meta-analyses, we ask you to cite the most recent FlyRNAi Nucleic Acids Database issue report from the DRSC. At of the time of posting of this statement, the most recent DRSC FlyRNAi NAR database issue update publication is the following: Hu Y, Comjean A, Rodiger J, Liu Y, Gao Y, Chung V, Zirin J, Perrimon N, Mohr SE.
