The TRiP, in collaboration with Eric Lai (Sloan-Kettering Institute) and David Van Vactor (Harvard Medical School) produced the UAS-LUC-mir collection for conditional expression of Drosophila micro RNAs.

### About the UAS-LUC-mir collection

- the collection contains 122 stocks covering 107 miRNAs
- Luciferase was cloned into pWALIUM10-moe to generate pWALIUM10-Luc
- miRNAs were then cloned into the pWALIUM10-Luc vector to generate final UAS-Luciferase-miRNA constructs
- transgenes were integrated at attP2 sites
