Signed protein-protein interaction network (Signed PPI) contains a Drosophila 'signed' (activation/inhibition relationship) PPI network. The resource includes both literature based signs (from SignaLink, KEGG and STKE databases) and predicted edge-signs. The purpose of the database is to help researchers to access, build, and navigate signed protein-protein interaction networks by offering a simple and interactive web interface.
