# Plasmid clones and data available from the FlyBi project

The DRSC is collaborating with the [Berkeley Drosophila Genome Project](http://www.fruitfly.org/) and the [DFCI Center for Cancer Systems Biology](http://ccsb.dfci.harvard.edu/web/www/ccsb/) on a large-scale *Drosophila* binary protein interaction project, [the FlyBi project](http://flybi.hms.harvard.edu/). We have deposited *Drosophila* ORFs in Gateway vectors at several repositories and recently began releasing unpublished preliminary data from the first of several rounds of yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) screening of the ORFs in a 10,000 x 10,000 ORF screen.

See [the FlyBi website](http://flybi.hms.harvard.edu/) for information about how to access ORFs (for any use) at public repositories and view the unpublished data.
