Libraries such as UAS-cDNA collections can be incorporated into cell-based screening assays, so that you can test the effect of ectopic expression either alongside or instead of taking an RNAi-based knockdown approach.

**UAS-miRNA Collection.** Purified DNA or bacterial glycerol stocks for approximately 150 UAS-miRNAs.
