 ### DRSC

The DRSC supports *Drosophila* cell screens using RNAi or CRISPR, generates new cell lines, and applies CRISPR screen tech to mosquito and other arthropod cell lines.

![GFP-tagged and newly isolated Drosophila cell lines generated in the project funded by R24 OD019847 (to Perrimon, Mohr, and Simcox), showing GFP localized to specific organelles and example tissue-type-specific cell lines such as a muscle-like cell line](/sites/g/files/omnuum5366/files/styles/hwp_16_9__480x270/public/2024-10/Fly_Hero_DRSC_cells.png?h=74011b40&itok=QSip11R9)

 ### TRiP

The TRiP generates RNAi and CRISPR fly stocks for gene knockdown, knockout, and over-expression, and innovates in related areas of new *in vivo* resource development.
