DIOPT-Diseases and Traits takes our DIOPT approach to ortholog mapping a step further. At DIOPT-DIST, model organism genes are mapped to putative orthologs in the human genome, and human genes are associated with disease-gene information. You can start with a gene or list of genes from a model species, or start with a disease term, then view model organism and human orthologs as well as disease information.
