- the collection contains 122 stocks covering 107 miRNAs
- Luciferase was cloned into pWALIUM10-moe to generate pWALIUM10-Luc
- miRNAs were then cloned into the pWALIUM10-Luc vector to generate final UAS-Luciferase-miRNA constructs
- transgenes were integrated at attP2 sites
